Another day of mining hearts, and answering phones, helping customers, and decorating, down. Two more to go.
You know when you're beginning to get tired when you answer the phone at work "Happy....... Cookies by design in northern Colorado, this is Tammy how may I help you." I was going to say Happy Valentines Day, but caught myself a little too late. That was probably the most embarrassing moment of the day. That's right I said the day. Unfortunately, I embarrass myself way too often.
"Hi can I help you?"
"Yes, I would like 5 cookies on a stick. Hearts in Valentine's colors."
(No way. We only have squares in blue, green, brown, and gray.)
"Sure I'll wrap 5 up."
Why do people think that we do not have valentines stuff when our whole shop is plastered with everything valentines. If you want to sound stupid that's a great way to do it.
